Come un lampo is the first album by the artist Federico Carro. Originally born as a poem, the text was placed within the first song, arranged and composed around the text to try to emphasize the words the author wanted to express. The project was born from Federico’s need to pay homage to her disappeared friend, trying to make the feelings of loss, but also nostalgic for it, remain within the song. THE FIRST MUSIC ALBUM OF THE AUTHOR

Background and production

Initially Come un lampo was supposed to be a poem and a simple tribute, but after various studies the author decided to turn it into a song and later into a music album. The album is connected by various feelings such as love, but also hatred and perdition. Songs that can give a sense of melancholy but also of union, some songs that can be danced, others simply poetic that tell different moods.

The album is composed of Pop music, mixed with environmental effects with R’n’B and Jazz features, while the lyrics of the songs have a fairly refined language, with poetic and sometimes epic overtones.

The song like the album recalls certain nuances drawn by that girl and the friendly relationship with the author of when they were children. Furthermore, this project also alludes to a sense of perennial memory within the song, also present within the author’s heart.

Starlight album was born from the author’s need to express certain experiences he has faced in life, translating his feelings into his music. The Starlight album is a mix of Pop songs with a bit of R’n’B, much more rhythmic and commercial than Come un lampo. Available on Spotify iTunes and Amazon music!

THE SECOND MUSIC ALBUM OF THE AUTHOR

Background and production

Starlight represents the various shades of love, hate, repression, or certain emotions not arisen by the author on certain stories he lived with certain girls. The album is highlighted with more modern and commercial sounds than Come un Lampo, where the text becomes more fluid and simple. The songs within it are presented as a single story that progresses from song to song.

Starting from a sense of pain and loss of a girl with: “Looking for Pain”, he denies the girl in question with: “She’s not my lover”, finding the strength to face a new story through: “Starlight”. This is how he lives his love story with “Fahrenheit”, while: “Rising Flame” has the meaning of the rush, the fact that the relationship goes too fast like the time they spend together.

“Silent Moon” represents the last night together with that determined girl, who however gives a sense of loneliness knowing that she will leave soon, finally the album concludes its journey with: “Memories”, where in the end the memories of that story live love now remained only in the past.

THE KING OF LIGHT

The King of Light is the third album made by Federico Carro. The album is a collection of instrumental music, taken from the author’s first compositions. The works are made with the piano and with environmental effects and synthesizers, in the form of an epic music, sometimes melancholy, suitable to underline the adventures of Federico’s novels. The project born from Federico’s need to enhance his subsequent literary works through this album, thus creating videos to advertise them. The album was made in a recording studio called: “Nautilus Rec Studio”, together with the sound engineer: “Giuseppe D’Aleo”, and the musician “Luca Giampietri”. THE THIRD MUSIC ALBUM OF THE AUTHOR

Background and production

The author’s first musical works date back to 2015 when during his musical studies focused on the piano, arrangement and singing, he began to compose his first musical works. Later those same works were completed by Federico and included in his third album.

This project contains Federico’s first and last compositional works, musical works without words that however contain within themselves considerable musical and compositional efforts.

These works were used by the author for the purpose of advertising his trilogy. In fact Federico has made several videos by inserting these compositions, thus exploiting his works for advertising purposes for his literary works.
